How to deal with EVIDENT CRIMES and their legal consequences is one of the problems which facing the judicial officers. Undoubtedly in the crime scene، the EVIDENT crime is not always easy to identify, and the appropriate response is more difficult, when the legislature considers it as EVIDENT crime while these offenses are not really EVIDENT. Although diagnosis these conditions apparently is the responsibility of the police but if the police make a false recognition and accordingly respond to an EVIDENT crime, the legal challenges arise. On the other hand, according to note 1 of article 45 of the code of criminal procedure, in EVIDENT CRIMES that have special conditions, the legislature is given authority to ordinary citizens that play the role of judicial officer in some way. Hence, the above challenges are transferred to the mistakes of citizens in the face of EVIDENT CRIMES as well as the scope of their actions. In this article, we have explained the relevant rules in terms of the meaning and concept of EVIDENT CRIMES and the actions that must be taken by both the police and the citizens in this regard, and the authorized territory of their intervention.

Muslim philosophers have divided conceptual knowledge into two distinct categories: self- EVIDENT and non self - EVIDENT.The latter is proved by the former. But Muslim thinkers in justifying the self-EVIDENT propositions have different logical and analytical approaches. This paper deals with these approaches and attempts to show the place of self-EVIDENT propositions in the structure of deductive sciences.

To express some facts, Quran has utilized diverse structures One of which is dialogue. Using different conversations, Quran conveys some facts about The Judgment Day and illustrates the difference between this world and the next world, clearly. On the other hand, the different reasons of becoming a dweller of hell or heaven are explained during these conversations. There are many verses of Quranwhich are responsible for expressing the fact of The Judgement day and its occurrence manner. All of these verses have a message in common and that is to warn the human being not to forget its origin and resurrection, and also to worship the compassionate god and not to disregard his might and rules.

Police forces are responsible for inspecting houses as executive officers of the justice system. Sometimes ambiguities in rules and regulations and sometimes incompetent officers can lead to deviances from justice. Besides, ambiguities in rules and regulations can result in the officer’s hesitation in performing their missions. This study attempts to examine the relevant rules analytically and critically to detect possible weak points and introduce certain approaches efficient in erradicating them.

Limiting the origin of thinking and research to the positions of creating questions and in other words, being problem-oriented in research is not always a solution. This problem is related to research in dealing with religious texts, especially in cases where the reader feels more comfortable understanding the meaning of the text, it can be harmful. Therefore, considering that religious texts are the main origin of religious knowledge and teachings, the relation between these teachings and texts needs more careful analysis. Regardless of the acceptability of a certain knowledge and teaching, documenting it with a specific religious text requires more precision. In the field of interpretation of the text and especially the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, the self-EVIDENT meaning of the text, and in its obvious aspect, the Persianization of the meaning of the text, is a serious harm in this regard. Although many themes are not unacceptable, their attribution and reference to religious texts cannot be defended. In general, not paying attention to the difference in literature between the time of reading the text and the time of issuing the text causes self-EVIDENT damage in the translation of the text. Meanwhile, one should avoid extending the current concept of a historical term to the past. Finally, the achievement of this research will be that when facing a religious text, it is necessary to test the text in terms of its influence on the ideas of the reader of the text.

This paper reports the credibility rate ofResaleyeh Zahabiyyah from Allameh Majlisi’s viewpoint based on what has been said to describe and explain the terms of this work. Majlisi had doubts about the credibility of this work and with a little deliberation we can perceive this doubtfulness in his statements. Hence, this paper underlines his doubts and discusses some of them in brief.To begin with, although Majlisi refers to the reputation of this work in the opinion of scholars and at the end traces it back to Imam Reza, he points out in between his statements that the content of this work is in conflict with the relevant traditions and the popular statements of physicians, there are numerous similarities between the terms of this work and statements of physicians, and it uses citations from statements of physicians to delineate ideas.Doubts about the authenticity ofResaleyeh Zahabiyyah is among the obvious doubts mentioned by Allameh Majlisi and underlined in this article.

The meaning of concepts "apriori, necessary, EVIDENT, certainty" seem to be clear, however, their application in different situations and discussions of logic are varied. According to these different situations and discussions, their meanings change to some extent. In this paper, it is attempted to make these positions and different meanings clear.

Studies show that if one of the contracting parties decides to abort his option of lesion, if he means enormous deception, the option of EVIDENT deception will not be aborted from him. In addition, EVIDENT deception has not been mentioned in the law. Therefore, it will be important to distinguish enormous deception and EVIDENT deception (in fair litigation proceedings). To achieve this, it is necessary to evaluate the determinants. The findings of this research, which was done by descriptive-analytical method, show that the standard of custom absolutely (as stated in Article 417 of the Civil Code) cannot be accurate and free from defects to distinguish enormous deception and EVIDENT deception. Because custom, in explaining the cases of loss, considers the financial solvency (ability) of the contracting parties, time and place, terms of the transaction and the value of the object of sale. Therefore, customary loss cannot be considered without considering the situation of the contracting parties. Therefore, by explaining and distinguishing between financial loss and status loss, the best criterion for distinguishing is custom, which is not custom by considering only financial loss, but custom by considering status loss. Article 419 Civil Code seems to confirm this view. Therefore, it is suggested that the legislator take action to elaborate on Article 417 of this law.

The question of self-EVIDENT perceptions (both concepts and judgments) is among the important and effective subjects in Islamic philosophy that nowadays can be put forward as "epistemology". This question, in spite of its great importance and unique role in Islamic philosophers' epistemology, has not been discussed in detail by them. And as a result of ambiguities lied behind the criterion by which the self- EVIDENT perceptions can be distinguished from theoretical ones, once in a while the former may be misplaced by the latter and questioned, or the latter misplaced by the former and taken as axiomatic.The present paper, on the one hand, tries to explain the significance of self-EVIDENT perceptions in Islamic philosophy, and to present and assess the differentiae between them and theoretical ones, on the other. The task is undertaken by the author as follow. Firstly, he seeks to show that the self-EVIDENT data are the essence of all apodictic knowledge, so that no certain and indubitable cognition can be acquired without them. Secondly, the most principal criterion by which self- EVIDENT data can be distinguished from the other ones, among the many criteria cited in the works by Islamic thinkers, is the simplicity as to concepts and the necessary, immediate rational affirmability with no need to any other judgment or reasoning as to judgments.

The most dangerous CRIMES which threaten our economic, social and even political security, due its unique characteristics, are organized CRIMES which has emerged in new shapes as the technology progresses. Because of the complexity of criminal groups and their networks and accomplices it greatly affects the economy, politics and the international society. It is not easy to detect all of their activities but most of them are organizations which have strong and rich communities. The total assest of some of these organizations may be as huge as some countries total budget. Their target is profit seeking rather than getting political strength. According to Interpol research report, fourteen percents of the GBP for developing countries and two percents of the GBP for developed countries is consumed by them. This research investigates the organized CRIMES in a documentary method. Reinforcing the combating tools and signing new regional and international contracts for cooperation's between police forces as well as legal cooperations can reduce their threats.
